  • Electronic submittal. For elements or amendments adopted on or after January 1, 2021, the planning agency must submit an electronic copy of its sites inventory with the element submitted under § 65585(g), and ensure to the best of its knowledge that it is true and correct. (a)
  • HCD forms. The inventory must use standards, forms, and definitions adopted by HCD, which HCD may revise and which are not subject to the Administrative Procedure Act. (b)
