Lists of required application informationTITLE 7. PLANNING AND LAND USE › DIVISION 1. PLANNING AND ZONING › CHAPTER 4.5. Review and Approval of Development Projects › ARTICLE 3. Applications for Development Projects

Key provisions · Claude summary, not statute text

Requires each public agency to compile and share lists of the information it requires from applicants for development projects.

  • Required lists. Each public agency compiles lists specifying in detail the information required from development project applicants, including a § 65962.5 certification and the § 65943 statement of application, and makes them available to applicants and anyone who requests them. (a)(1)
  • Replacement housing information. An affected city or affected county, as defined in § 66300, must include the information needed to determine compliance with Article 2 (commencing with § 66300.5) of Chapter 12. (a)(2)
  • Military and airspace information. Where applicable, the list identifies whether the project is within 1,000 feet of a military installation, beneath a low-level flight path or within special use airspace, and within an urbanized area. Agencies without those features, and entirely urbanized agencies without a military installation, need not change their lists. (b)–(c)
  • Online publication. For each type of approval for a housing development project, the list, the completeness criteria under § 65941, and the name of the approval must be published online. (d)
  • Housing projects included. “Development project” includes a housing development project as defined in § 65905.5(b)(3). (e)
